Position Overview


We seek an exceptional Head of Business Development and Investor Relations to lead and grow our capital raising efforts for our Silicon Valley and New York Private Equity Real Estate Fund. We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate who can build an investor relations program and develop new investor relationships. You will lead on marketing and investor prospecting, ideally leveraging an existing network of investors who may be interested in our fund offerings.




  • Grow our investor base of high net worth, ultra-high net worth, and family office investors.

  • Detail a clear vision of our ideal investor, our added value to the investor, and the path to capital raising.

  • Demonstrate expertise with CRMs, industry associations, networking events, etc.

  • Present intelligently and clearly to our investors about real estate investing and why they should invest with CCG. Develop specific investor-relations programs.

  • Organize and attend investor functions such as meetings, dinners, etc. to present to prospective investors

  • Create online and offline marketing materials for both the company and our real estate investment offerings

  • Develop KPIs and communicate weekly progress to management



  • Provide a detailed track record of raising capital from UHNW and Family Office investors

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

  • Excellent business development, relationship management, and communication skills
